Who is eligible to apply as an intern?

Young men who feel called to ministry, leadership, and service, and who are committed to growing in wisdom, character, and faith. No prior experience necessary, just a willing heart.

How long is the internship?

Internship lengths vary based on the needs of the hosting congregation and the intern’s availability. Discuss terms directly with the church you’re serving.

What kind of work will interns do?

Interns serve in various ministry roles: pastoral support, teaching, community outreach, youth ministry, administrative support, and more. The role depends on the church’s needs and the intern’s gifts.

How can my church partner with the program?
